Mariam Mathew, Best home baker in Kochi is the heart and soul of Mariamsbakehouse. With an MA B.Ed in Sociology and Psychology, Mariam initially pursued a career in education as a college lecturer. She attended St. Teresa’s College, where she gained an excellent education that laid the foundation for her diverse skills. However, her passion for the culinary arts led her to switch paths and dedicate herself entirely to baking in 2015.
Mariam took her passion a step further by becoming a qualified culinary chef and studying cake engineering at the renowned White Caps International Pastry School. Today, she brings a perfect mix of creativity, technical skill, and love to every cake she creates.
